How can you make an impact?

You will:

• Actively steer compensation management and planning for (senior) employees of Allianz companies in Germany incl. the global holding company (Allianz SE)
• Analyse and prepare data based on SAP Success Factors
• Assist in implementing renumeration processes and project coordination
• Prepare various sorts of documents (presentations, results, summaries) for the operational HR functions and the business
• Prepare and carry out internal training sessions
• Process ad hoc enquiries about remuneration
