About the role

Reporting to the Director, Global Content & Media, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality content and enabling global teams to execute effectively across modern channels.

What will you do?

• Lead the creation of platform-native content tailored to Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google and emerging channels.
• Strengthen in-house capabilities in video production and motion design, enabling faster and more flexible content creation.
• Direct and contribute to end-to-end production for motion graphics, animation and video, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Apply a “create once, adapt many” approach to maximize content output across formats and channels using a range of tools including Generative AI when appropriate.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of content creators (2 direct reports), building their capability in video-first, social-first content creation.
