What the day will look like

You will act as the strategic right hand to the COO Benelux, leading the transformation agenda for Aon Benelux and connecting local initiatives with global objectives. Your responsibilities include:

+ Translating Aon Global’s change agenda into actionable transformation programs for the Benelux.

+ Coordinating technological and operational transformation initiatives across Commercial Risk, Human Capital Solutions, Technology, and Operations.

+ Leading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 15 FTE.
