Manager - Contracts Administration & Confirmation (1959)

Position Overview:
The Manager of Procurement, Contracts Administration and Confirmations at Aramco Trading Americas (ATA) is responsible for leading the procurement, contracts, and confirmations functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of commercial transactions. These groups are a critical function in the organization to support ATA’s ability to execute and capture short- to medium-term trading opportunities.

The role requires strong expertise in contract negotiation, procurement processes, and high-volume trade confirmation operations, along with the ability to manage risk, drive operational efficiency, and support business stakeholders. The incumbent is expected to maintain a high level of proficiency in negotiating master and transactional agreements and in overseeing procurement and confirmation workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate would have deep experience with ERTM (SAP) and CLM (Sirion) systems.
