Job Description

To lead the planning and Engineering of underground fiber optic backbone network that serves the Core transport needs of Mobile, Broadband, Enterprise, and Hyperscaler customers, ensuring high availability, scalability, and long-term cost efficiency while mitigating physical, environmental, and operational risks.

A. Underground Fiber Backbone Engineering

• End-to-end UG FOC design (duct bank, micro-duct, direct-buried, HDD, manhole/handhole systems)

• Fiber architecture (ring, mesh, diverse routing, dual-homing, common-path elimination)

• Fiber count engineering aligned with long-term demand and spectrum growth

• Route risk analysis (flooding, fault lines, road works, utilit...
