Job Description
The Manager is responsible to oversee the overall objectives of the Corporate and Client Management (CCM) and ensuring all KPIs and approved initiatives in the Annual Management Plan (AMP) are adhered to and accomplished. The 2 main Departments under CCM are:
Client Management Services (CMS)
Business Development and Corporate Communications (BDCC)
Key Responsibility Areas:
Client Management Services
Forecast planning & key account prospecting at the Federal Government and budgets.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the Federal Government's vehicle needs whilst building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
Assist the Head of Operations on fleet expansion initiatives and/or special projects.
Planning and monitoring the execution of prompt delivery of all new vehicles and collection of all end‑of‑lease cars in good condition, in accordance with the KPI.
