Manager, Corporate Events (Contract)

What is the opportunity?

As part of the RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) Corporate Events and Employee Engagement team, the Manager, Corporate Events will plan and execute in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings and events for RBC GAM clients, employees and other stakeholders. The Manager is often the primary point of contact with internal partners to develop effective programs that deliver high-quality client and employee experiences.

This role is for approximately 12 months.

What will you do?

• Manage and execute internal and external corporate events, including selection and vetting of suppliers (RFP) and event venues; contracting and coordinating food, beverage, housing and audio‑visual requirements.
• Manage all aspects of supplier relationships.
