Our client is a global market-leading independent advisory firm specialising exclusively in supporting management teams entering or exiting private equity backed transactions. With a strong market position, attractive industry economics, and some high-profile transactions under their belt, the firm is entering its next phase of growth and expanding its team.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst or Manager to join the team and work closely with the Partner to support management teams on the negotiation and evaluation of their commercial terms with private equity sponsors. This role offers direct exposure to CEOs, CFOs, private equity investors, lawyers, and banking partners across the full deal lifecycle.
