Orane International is at an inflection point — 120+ academies, a national footprint, and a pipeline of partnerships, new verticals, and growth bets that need sharp thinking to move from whiteboard to reality. This role exists for someone who wants to build , not maintain.

You will work directly with the MD on the company‘s most ambiguous and consequential questions — new business models, strategic partnerships, financial viability of initiatives, and the kind of analysis that helps leadership say yes or no with confidence.

This is not a PowerPoint factory role. It‘s for someone who can walk into a room with a government body, a franchise partner, or a university collaborator — hold the conversation intelligently — and come back and build the business case themselves.

What You‘ll Actually Do
