Manager, Courseware Standards & Innovation

At CAE, we are seeking a Manager, Courseware Standards & Innovation who will lead the development and governance of courseware standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all training products. This role drives innovation by introducing new tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance instructional design and learner engagement. Acting as the central authority for courseware quality systems, this role enables scalable, compliant, and high-quality production processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
+ Develop and maintain standardized courseware templates, development workflows, and production guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams.
