Manager, Creator Activation & Development (South Korea)

Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.
As Manager, Creator Acquisition & Development, you will support and execute the acquisition, onboarding, and development of high-quality creators in Korea, including digital-first creators and studio-led creators. This role focuses on day-to-day creator operations, partnership execution, and program delivery to ensure creators successfully adopt the platform and grow sustainably.
