Manager - Credit (Policy & Analytics)

Functional (job responsibilities)
Assist in developing new / revise existing credit policy.
Perform credit risk monitoring on portfolio to analyze risk trends and identify root causes; including origination, quality portfolio risk migration, performance vintage quality and system development.
Partner with various stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and spearhead initiatives (eg scorecard development to improve underwriting) in order to enable profitable growth while minimizing credit risk exposures.
Maintain strong working knowledge on lending related regulations to ensure compliance and abreast of development and best practices in the industry.
Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Engage and execute the dashboards on data visualization tool (eg Tableau).
Education/Qualification
A recognized Degree in any discipline
Experience
Minimum 5 years of risk management experience focusing on analytics and credit policy
