Manager Credit Relationship- Credit Management and Control Unit, COBD

Job Purpose
Handling end-to-end corporate client onboarding with focus on new-to-bank relationships across UAE, Mashreq's footprint markets, and non-presence countries including KSA. This will entail preparing high-quality credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and regulations, identifying key risks, and implementing mitigants aligned with the bank's target market, credit appetite, and strategic objectives.
Key Result Areas
- Work closely with originators on new to bank transactions, including discussions with customers on funding requirements, facility structure and related terms and conditions in addition to ensuring that all necessary information required for processing a credit proposal are obtained from the customer.
- Prepare high quality credit proposals with a focus on identifying major risks whether operational or financial based on thorough evaluation of the credit worthiness and debt repayment capacity.
