The Manager supports the President of Pacc Shipping Phils., Inc in managing the daily operations of the crew manning office in the Philippines. The role ensures operational efficiency in crew recruitment, processing, deployment, and compliance with maritime and labor standards. This position supervises frontline departments, maintains compliance with DMW, MARINA, and DOLE regulations, and serves as acting Officer‑in‑Charge in the President’s absence. The Manager also supports and expands the company’s third‑party business, engaging and promoting our services to other ship owners.
