The Role
The Customer Advocate team drives revenue for Apollo’s Sales Assist motion, which complements our Self-Serve and Sales‑Led revenue strategies. This chat‑based motion facilitates high‑velocity purchasing from in‑product or website chats, and our mission is to provide a world‑class customer experience by removing friction from the buying process and enabling customers with the products and insights they need to succeed.
We strive to achieve this by:
