Responsibilities
- Manage daily running of frontline services at counter and call centre as well as manning of institutional e-mails. Some of the duties include staffing and resource planning, daily briefing, monitoring and improving service performance, handling of complaints and escalation; liaising with other departments and organisations; managing service staff capability and coaching.
- Formulate, improve, and spearhead service-related policies, initiatives and processes.
- Analyse and report service-related statistics and report to management.
- Handle and manage ad-hoc projects and assignments such as corporate support services, procurement and contract management.
- Tertiary education with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
