Job Description
Purpose of the Position:
To plan, manage, and deliver customized executive education programs designed for corporate and institutional clients
To ensure effective coordination, logistics, and client engagement throughout the training cycle (needs assessment, program design, delivery, documentation, and post-program reporting).
Essential
Qualification & Experience:
MBA/master's in business, Management, or Leadership from an HEC recognized University with 6–8 years of relevant experience in L&D or consulting.
Desirable
Prior experience in designing and delivering customized learning solutions for organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop tailor-made executive programs based on client needs.
Coordinate with corporate leaders and subject experts for curriculum design.
Manage contracts, deliverables, and post-training reports.
Ensure financial and intellectual value of each program.
