The opportunity

The Customs & Trade department upholds and maintains legitimate trading and ensures its sound development in a globalized economy all while supporting the organization’s advanced international manufacturing and distribution activities. As such, the incumbent will ensure the company remains compliant, reduces lead times and improves supply‑chain performance by playing a pro‑active role in keeping our corporate trade policies and guidelines aligned with North American regulatory requirements.

The role

• Planning and directing a team of Customs Analysts.
• Continuous monitor company compliance through periodic audits, controls, and KPIs.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve non‑compliance promptly and efficiently to mitigate operational, regulatory, and financial risks including the potential loss of preferential trade benefits.
