Job Description

• Data Centre Resident Engineer to have minimum 2 years of experience.
• Able to perform Physical health check.
• Should escort vendors for operations tasks involve equipment movement, tape backup activities and adhoc activities.
• Coordinate, assist, and escort personnel for cabling work with our vendors.
• Provide technical assistance, day-to-day operational support for existing operations.
• Coordinate, assist to replace faulty equipment (e.g., PDU, Rack, cables).
• Assist and escort personnel for equipment installation, removal and disposal activities.
• Ensure that cable is installed and labelled according to standards.
• Housekeeping of cabling.
• Ensure that equipment is installed and labelled according to standards.
• Update and verify DC IT asset information in CMDB.
