Manager, Data Governance

Responsible for driving the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of MBSB Group’s Data Governance framework, in alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Reporting to the Group Head, Data Governance, you will play a key role in ensuring that enterprise data is accurate, secure, accessible, and responsibly managed across the Group.

This role focuses on governing and enforcing data policies, standards, and controls to meet regulatory obligations, enable trusted business insights, and support informed decision-making. You will lead the application of data governance practices across the organisation, promoting a strong culture of data ownership, accountability, and risk awareness.
