Manager, Data Governance & Strategy

As the Manager, Data Governance, you will be responsible for rebuilding and modernizing our data governance strategy, ensuring it aligns with organizational priorities, emerging technologies, and evolving data needs. In addition, you will lead the development and execution of our data governance framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standards, policies, and best practices that enable reliable and consistent data for decision-making.

**Location:** You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

**Reporting Relationship** : You will report to the Director, Data Science and Development.

**Salary Range:** The expected base salary range for this role is $141,973 - $186,339.
