Abilities
- Native/ or close-to-native English
- Ability to quickly study/ learn new concepts and information with out being given aloft of structure
- Ability to learn multiple task management and project management systems
- Very strong organizational skills, including the ability to document tasks, assign them to team members, and ensure they are completedAll well communicating this to our clients
- Rapidly learn and develop process for clients
- Communicate with clients in near-perfect English (both written and spoken)
- Near-perfect punctuality and attendance
- The ability to develop new ideas for customers
- Report creation within CRM systems
