Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Develop and execute full-funnel B2C demand generation campaigns across digital, social, search, programmatic, and direct mail channels. 
Own the end-to-end panelist recruitment funnel with a focus on volume, quality, and cost efficiency. 
Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, audience segments, and landing experiences. 
Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and channel ROI. 
Serve as the primary lead for external agency partners, managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables. 
Partner with creative teams to develop compelling consumer-facing messaging that motivates audience participation. 
Collaborate with Data Science, Research, and Brand teams to ensure recruitment meets demographic targets and brand standards.
