As Demand Planning Manager Norway, you will be accountable for the country Demand Planning process. You will lead demand planning activities for your assigned categories in the country. You will also lead the demand review process and driving interactions with the cross-functional teams.
- Together with your team prepare and communicate country forecasts according to the IBP process and act as a business partner to commercial functions and supply planning functions.
- Co-responsible for achieving the customer service level target. Responsible for minimizing loss causes in forecast error, bias, stock with no demand and write-offs as well as waste. Co-responsible with supply planning for minimizing losses from supply deviations.
