Manager, Design

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development and implementation of MEP design strategies and solutions for projects.
• Manage & coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met.
• Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Provide technical leadership & mentorship to the design team.
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of design milestones and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in MEP Engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit and BIM.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
