Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager in managing structural design tasks and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Lead the structural team in developing business proposals, preparing technical write-ups, and participating in tender submissions, ensuring quality and innovation.
• Manage and coordinate project design consultants to produce innovative, optimized designs that meet project requirements and comply with statutory regulations.
• Review structural drawings throughout all stages of project delivery to ensure safety, constructability, and the application of cost-effective, innovative solutions.
• Ensure proper coordination between disciplines and departments, providing technical support as needed.
• Mentor and supervise a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and expanding their technical capabilities.
