The Manager, Drawing Extraction is a people‑leadership role accountable for managing Fleetway’s drawing extraction scope through effective leadership, resourcing, and oversight of delivery teams. This role owns how work is scoped, organized, and assigned, ensuring the right people with the right capabilities are positioned to deliver high‑quality technical outputs that meet BAE Systems NS norms and Gold Standards. This role provides direct leadership to Supervisors and their teams, balancing workload, addressing capacity and capability gaps, and supporting performance through coaching and mentoring. The Manager, Drawing Extraction ensures teams clearly understand scope, priorities, and expectations, and works closely with internal stakeholders and the customer to manage scope clarification and change as required.
