Summary: The Detail Manager is responsible for supervising the cleaning and refurbishing of new and used cars. The Detail Manager is responsible for inventory control, employee supervision, department profitability and customer satisfaction.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
+ Oversees training and supervising of detail department employees.
+ Works with upper management and Human Resources to make detail department hiring and discipline decisions.
+ Sets schedules and assigns tasks to detail department employees
+ Attends required manager meetings.
