Job Responsibilities
SUMMARY OF FUNCTION

• To support Head Integrity and Governance (HIG) in assisting the Board of Directors (the Board) and the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) in culturing, institutionalizing and implementing integrity in the organization to support organizational goals and objectives. Assist HIG in apprising the Board, GCEO, the Board Audit, Risk & Integrity Committee (BARIC) and Senior Management about the company's ethics, good governance and integrity initiatives, trends issues and best practices in ethics and integrity.
• To support HIG in assisting the Board and the GCEO in adhering on the implementation of order by YAB Prime Minister's Directive Series 1 No.1 Year 2018 on the Establishment of Integrity and Governance Unit (IGU) in Government Linked Companies (GLC), companies owned by Ministries and Government agencies including the State Government which provides for the implementation of four ...
