The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is an

The **Manager, Development** is
responsible for development of delivering initial phases of the development
cycle for VFPA lands. This includes reviewing long-term market forecasts,
recommending property acquisition and development strategies, preparing project
plans and definition reports, preliminary engineering, undertaking site
preparation works including utility and servicing installations, and
