Job Purpose

Responsible for Retail Internet Banking (RIB), Mobile Banking (MB) and Digital project deliverable and implementation in accordance with industry practice, compliance & regulatory guidelines.

Accountabilities

• Provide support and work closely with product/ line of business/ technical/ vendor team for any implementation of new Digital project and Service Requests in analyzing, assessing and organizing the gathered product requirement, functionality, usability, gaps, and fitness for purpose.
