Manager, Digital Commerce Engineering

About the Role
You will lead the engineering delivery, architecture, and AI innovation for regional Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) eCommerce platforms across SEA, leveraging a shared global codebase to deliver high-performing online experiences.
Responsibilities
Own engineering strategy and solution architecture across SFCC, headless/PWA, Akamai, CMS/PIM, and key integrations.
Lead delivery of new features and enhancements with Product, OMS, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage external vendors and offshore teams to ensure quality, timelines, and scalable builds.
Drive DevOps maturity (CI/CD, Git workflows, automation), performance optimization, and code quality.
Oversee platform stability, incident management, and readiness for peak commercial events.
Deliver AI-powered commerce capabilities (personalization, smart search, automation, predictive insights) and run POCs for emerging technologies.
