As Manager – Digital Product Design, you’ll provide strong people leadership while remaining hands‑on with design delivery. You’ll coach and develop a team of Digital Product Designers, oversee design quality and standards, and partner closely with Product, Technology and Brand to deliver user‑centred, accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role sits within our Digital and Personalisation business unit and plays a key part in shaping how members experience ART’s digital ecosystem.
