Position Responsibilities

• Technical Project Support: Provide technical and analytical support for growth-related projects, including those spanning recruitment, compensation design and changes, and campaign/budget allocation matters.
• Business Impact Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the distribution channel and analyze how various strategic initiatives and roll-outs will impact them.
