The concerned will play a pivotal role in supporting the cultivation, stewardship, and growth of relationships with TCF's local and global Major Donors. The primary focus will be to enable and support frontline teams and country partners in delivering high-quality donor engagement. The role demands excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and leadership skills to ensure consistent donor satisfaction and long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and execution of tailored donor engagement strategies, ensuring consistent communication and meaningful touchpoints.
• Map donor journeys and ensure donors remain on a thoughtful, personalized engagement trajectory.
