Manager E Commerce Operations

Role Overview:

This role will be responsible to lead and scale marketplace and quick commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other emerging channels by ensuring high service levels, optimal inventory availability, strong platform visibility, and seamless operational execution to drive revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

Marketplace Operations Management

• Own end-to-end operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, HealthKart, etc.)
• Ensure accurate listings, catalog hygiene, pricing alignment, and content optimization
• Monitor seller health metrics including ratings, SLA adherence, cancellations, and penalties
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for business growth initiatives
