Job Description
The Emergency Response Manager is responsible to the Director of Safety for development, implementation, maintenance, oversight and continuously improving an effective Safety Management System (SMS) in Emergency Response, in accordance to regulatory, company, ICAO and IOSA requirements; and ensure continuous compliance to all applicable local and international regulations and standards.
Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy.
Promote AirAsia's culture within the organisation.
Ensure transparency and promote good governance.
Develop talents and strengthen staff's capability; ensure all staff receive appropriate training.
1.0 Safety Policy and Objectives
Establish a well-organised and functional Emergency Operation Centre (EOC) for use in the event of an emergency.
