**Job Description:**
**Job Summary**

Responsible for managing and facilitating all delivery of Employee Relations policies, procedures, and activities to ensure alignment, consistent interpretation and application of laws, personnel policies and procedures. Responsible for providing leadership, supervision, mentoring, and coaching/training to the Employee Relations team in order to promote positive employee relations, operational excellence and optimal customer service.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Manages Employee Relations team responsible for providing guidance and counsel to management and team members including administering personnel policies and researching and/or investigating team member concerns in a fair and consistent manner that promotes positive employee relations.
