Manager Energy Markets Design

**Description**

In this role, you’ll lead the design of market rules and processes that bring MISO’s Market Vision to life. You’ll help ensure our wholesale electric markets remain reliable, efficient, and ready for the challenges of tomorrow’s energy landscape.

You’ll guide a talented team, collaborate across departments, and work closely with stakeholders and the Independent Market Monitor to develop innovative solutions that advance market efficiency and grid reliability.

**A Few Things You’ll Take On**

+ Shape and enhance market rules, Tariff provisions, and business requirements for day-ahead and real-time energy markets, ancillary services, and Financial Transmission Rights (FTR).
+ Lead cross-departmental initiatives that respond to evolving grid technology and changing business models.
+ Partner with leaders to build and execute strategic plans, making sure your team is set up to hit key milestones.
