Supervise the product development engineering SA for Application Equipment according to AGCO procedures.
**Your experience and qualifications**
+ Plan and manage the budget process (Opex, Labor & Capex) to AED department in Canoas site.
+ Execute the project development plan according to business strategy focused in product functionality improvement, cost reduction and reduction of Time To Fix for the current product pipeline.
