Your impact
Supervise the product development engineering SA for Application Equipment according to AGCO procedures.
Your experience and qualifications
Plan and manage the budget process (Opex, Labor & Capex) to AED department in Canoas site.

Execute the project development plan according to business strategy focused in product functionality improvement, cost reduction and reduction of Time To Fix for the current product pipeline.

Lead and support the team on problem solving to assure resolution of field and plant related issues.
