JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly experienced and collaborative Manager, Engineering Performance to lead performance management across our engineering programs. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to Delivery and Design Directors, ensuring cost, schedule, and scope alignment while driving excellence in project execution. You will oversee Engineering Performance processes, support Earned Value Management (EVM), and lead a team responsible for integrating work planning across multiple sub‑teams in a complex, matrixed environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide updates on engineering performance (cost, schedule, scope) to Delivery and Design Directors
• Support and ensure effective Earned Value Management (EVM) practices across Engineering
• Coordinate work planning and resource alignment across all Delivery and Design sub‑teams
• Oversee integration of activities into the work management system (ADO)
