**The Plant Engineering Manager is representative for all plant, equipment and process tasks.
The Engineering Manager defines and executes manufacturing processes for current, service, and new products.
Analyzes work force utilization, space requirements, process flow, and designs, buys and installs equipment for maximum efficiency.
This person also manages all process tasks and optimization.
Lead cross functionally teams of engineering and all departments of the plant.
Manage team to meet all targets for manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, scrap, containment and efficiency optimization.
