Manager Equipment Engineering

Job Description:
Oversee equipment ramp and meet equipment utilization.
Oversee new equipment and testing technology.
Responsible for meeting cost, productivity, quality goals and tactical plans to support equipment roadmap.
Customer corrective actions.
Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve section goals and objectives.
Train, develop and retain staff.
Plan and maximize available resources.
Manage the budget, resources and cost of the Section to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations.
Lead and guide staff to achieve engineering / technical solutions as well as maintain competitiveness.
Participate or lead in plant wide cross-functional activities.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements and Must Have:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English
Experience: 8-12 years' industrial experience with 5-8 years...
