Manager, Events and Marketing Communications – Perennial Business City

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to drive property revenue and brand awareness
• Plan, manage, and track lead generation, campaigns, events, and partnerships (including event spaces and casual leasing)
• Act as brand custodian, overseeing online and offline marketing, advertising spaces, signage, and website updates
• Manage event sales and execution, working closely with agencies, tenants, contractors, and partners
• Oversee marketing budgets, calendars, reporting, and performance analysis, including competitor and market insights

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
• 8 years' work experience in commercial events management and marketing communications would be preferred.
• Experience in design, video editing software, and website & social media management will be an advantage.
