Manager - Executive Recruitment

As a member of the Global Executive Recruitment team, the manager executive recruitment is a search expert across multiple functions, countries, and diverse international geographies for senior leadership positions. The role is responsible for managing full cycle recruitment, sourcing activities, Talent pipelines and market insights working together with hiring managers, HR leaders and interacting with passive and active candidates.

**Key responsibilities:**

+ Full cycle recruitment for all Abbott division from Director level upwards across APAC.
+ Translate critical hiring needs into a detailed road map and execute tailored recruiting strategy
+ Co-develop and implement effective sourcing strategies based on current and future business hiring needs, market, and geographical challenges
