In this role you will:
  • Lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge

  • Manage a team of operational personnel in Toronto that provides oversight on expense accounting including expense GL reclassifications, accruals, deferrals & pre-payments, asset management, cheque deposits, payroll, etc.

  • Prepare and maintain operational procedures related to expense accounting processes and oversight activities

  • Interact remotely with Global Finance Services Unit processing team in Bogota, Colombia including conducting training of staff and providing clarification on operating procedures

  • Provide coaching and feedback to GPO (Global Payment Operations) team members, support employee personal development plans, and promote collaboration to ensure business continuity and success of continuous improvement i...
