·       Fraud Prevention, Detection & Investigation of Internal / External & Whistle Blower Cases

·       Conduct in-depth independent investigations into suspected fraudulent activities across different LOB’s and distribution channels.

·       Hands-on experience with field investigation tools and techniques with regard to insurance frauds.

·       Collect, verify and analyze evidence & prepare investigation reports with actionable insights and recommendations

·       Transform complex data into actionable insights and leverage data analytics tools to identify high risk areas

·       Ensure compliance with IRDAI’s Fraud Monitoring Framework (2025) and other regulatory directives along with reporting.
