The Opportunity

We currently have an opening in Toronto for a Manager, Field Finance. The role reports to the Director of National Field Finance and will have a Field Consultant reporting to it. This position will provide strategic leadership in the areas of franchisee financial and risk management for the Western Canada Region. Provide direction to develop financial models and policies to drive value added behavior within the franchising relationship. Enabling fact-based decision making across the region regarding financial assistance and investment. They will be a thought-partner, provide analysis and reporting of financial indicators for regional leadership. The individual will collaborate closely with the East Regional Controller to ensure consistency around processes.
