As a Manager, Human Resources Advisors you will lead and mentor a team of Human Resources (HR) Advisors to deliver exceptional service and support to employees and managers. You will also advise HR Advisors on HR strategies, policies, practices, and procedures to assist employees and managers with effective business operations.

**In this role you will:**

+ Supervise, guide, and provide project management support for a team of HR Advisors.
+ Implement career planning, training, and development plans for HR Advisors.
+ Onboard and train new HR Advisors.
+ Oversee HR Advisor implementation of Company-wide HR strategies that support successful business outcomes.
+ Direct change management efforts and complex communication initiatives.
+ Provide critical information to HR Advisors in their roles as liaisons needed to support and deliver communication and roll out Company initiatives across all areas of HR.
